Customer service is 5 stars.

Saw these on Instagram & just got them for my son’s class at day school. I’ll be giving them out when we have our Hanukkah event. I have to express my gratitude for great customer service when I was not quite understanding the preorder set up. But it’s perfect. Thanks a bunch.

If this isn't the most incredibly precious set I've seen in my 65 years on this earth ?! I met Brittany (the founder) at a class with my grandbaby and she couldn't have been more plesant and kind. I came on to get a couple items for my grandbabies and wound up buying for some of my students as well. Such a glorious idea, Simcha Kits is. Wishing this business many nachas and simchas to come.

I got this for my besite who is Jewish (I'm Christian). I never know what to get for her birthdays and googled ideas and this came up on a blog. I have no patience so I showed her a screenshot of the order and she couldn't be more touched. Love this for an ally who usually has no idea.
